In strategic partnership with Vornado Realty Trust, oversaw conceptualization, production and launch of The Pennsy, an 8,000 square foot multi-vendor eatery at 2 Penn Plaza, in a six-month timeframe. Skills include: managing a cross-disciplinary team with tight deadlines and a changing environment; establishing and maintaining relationships and communication; facilitating creative brainstorms; developing and maintaining documentation including budgets, operations manuals, schedules and brand guidelines.

Production Coordinator / PROOF FILMS / September 2008 – 2010

Coordinated all aspects of production on major advertising campaigns, such as: Levi’s, Burger King, Champion, Chevron, Comcast, Gillette, HSBC. Skills include: creating and distributing daily call sheets and production books; problem solving; casting; assisting props, costumes or sets, as needed; managing permits and releases; travel arrangements and budget reconciliation.
